Returns Policy

NATURAL ATTRACTION AIR DEODORIZERS INC., does not take exchanges or returns unless an incorrect item was sent, broken or damaged on our behalf.  Please contact us by email at info@naturalattractionair.com so we can get it resolved as soon as possible. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case bases to include shipping. All exchanges are up to the discretion of Natural Attraction Air Deodorizers Inc.

Shipping

We can ship anywhere in the Continental United States and aboard, note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Shipping is currently processed via the United States Post Office. (Priority Mail) and the shipping date may vary based on the time of the order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based and determined by demographic location.

Pick Up

Free local pick-up is available Saturdays only at the Ramona Market located at 7059 Ramona Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.

Delivery

 Free local delivery (within Jacksonville) is available with a minimum purchase of $35.
